With project and work experience in 18 countries across North America, Latin America, APAC and EMEA. We have done projects with Fortune 500 companies to start-ups. Founder & CEO

An MBA graduate from Olin School of Business, Washington University in St. Louis, and a History Honours graduate from St. Stephens College, Delhi University, with more than 25 years of global work experience across India, US, SEA, Latin America, and Europe. Siddhartha has expertise in Management Consulting, Business Development, Project Delivery, and Technology Partnerships. He represented India in basketball from 1989-92, ran two half-marathons, and raised 14 lakhs for the Centre for Hearing Impaired Children School (CHIC) in Jamshedpur. Siddhartha also sponsors a school of 350 students in Manipur.

Manosh Markos

Co-Founder

An MBA graduate from Olin School of Business, Washington University in St. Louis, and a Computer Engineering graduate from Pune University, with over 34 years of global experience in advertising, technology, gaming, and hospitality industries across India, Singapore, USA, Canada, Vietnam, Philippines, and Macau. He is a commercial-minded global professional and a trusted advisor to senior leadership. Manosh has a demonstrated record of executing strategies that support the customer experience, growth, and profitability. He has been a part of leadership teams that opened Integrated Resorts with first-year gross revenues ranging from $250m to $1 billion. Manosh is also a co-founder of Pro-CI Limited, a Lean consulting company specializing in Continuous Improvement initiatives based on Toyota Production System philosophies and methodologies.

Dr. Subash Bijlani

Subash Bijlani is the Program Director and Collegiate Professor, Graduate Business Administration, School of Business, University of Maryland Global Campus, responsible for the Doctoral and Masters programs.

 

Dr. Bijlani’s academic and business career spans in India and the United States. He has been with UMGC since 2003, starting as Executive-in Residence and later Professor of the Practice. Earlier, he was Director of the Institute of Management and Technology (now, Northcap University), Executive-in-Residence at Bowling Green State University, OH, at Joseph M. Katz Graduate School of Business, University of Pittsburgh, PA, and visiting faculty at the Administrative Staff College of India.

 

He has served on several Board of Directors of public companies and Boards of Governors of educational institutions.

 

Before moving into academics, Dr. Bijlani was the CEO and Managing Director of a British MNC in India engaged in designing and manufacturing precision machines for various industries.

 

He served as Chair of the Northern Region for the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII), Member of CII National Council, President of the Chandigarh Management Association, Chair of the Research Council  for the Central Mechanical Engineering Research Institute, and Chair of the Advisory Board for the Government of India & Patent Information System.

 

Dr. Bijlani’s consulting engagements have included: National Consultant to the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development (UNCTAD), International Consultant to the Government of Nepal on behalf of the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO), Technology Integrator/Expert to the United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO) and Consultant to the Council of Scientific & Industrial Research (Government of India).

 

A graduate in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Manchester Institute of Science and Technology, United Kingdom, he earned a Doctor of Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus, USA.

Dan Cohen PhD

Dan Cohen is the Chief Executive Officer of Stuart Advisory Service Group and focuses on large-scale organizational transformation and strategic change. Recognized as a highly dedicated, critical thinker, Dr. Cohen provides strategic change advice founded on fact-based analysis and leverages his change leadership expertise to develop and implement sustainable solutions. He has over thirty-five years of experience consulting and working in the industry with a strong energy and public sector background.

During his 15 years at Deloitte Consulting LLP, he developed the firm’s first global change leadership methodology, was the lead architect in the design of Deloitte’s Strategic Change methodology and led the Human Capital Energy practice. In addition, he is featured in Harvard’s Global Change Management Center. Dr. Cohen has worked in both the private and public sectors across the Globe. his career in consulting with Deloitte Consulting LLP and Ernst & Young, where he focused on organizational restructuring, Dr. Cohen worked in the manufacturing, financial, and real estate industries for more than 15 years, holding positions in various executive human resource positions.

Dr. Cohen is a global leader in Change Management and has published two books

  • Cohen, D.S., The Heart of Change Field Guide, Harvard Business School Press.
  • Kotter, J.P. and Cohen, D.S., The Heart of Change, Harvard Business School Press.

Dr. Cohen obtained his Bachelor of Arts at Adelphi University in New York, Master of Arts at the University of Detroit in Michigan and Ph.D at the Ohio State University.
